Return Policy :
- Please email us to request your Return Authorization before returning and product.
Your email should include your name and address, your order number, and the reason
for which you are requesting a refund.
- You may send back any unopened, undamaged packs of smokes that are suitable for resale.
- Bravo Smokes will refund $3.50 per pack up to and including one-half the original order's number of included packs.
- The shipping charge is not subject to refund.
- Please be sure that your return shipment is well packaged so that
the carton isn't damaged during its return to us.
- Please do not ask for refunds of remaining BRAVO packs when you are successful
in quitting smoking altogether. Count your blessings;
keep a pack or two on hand "Just in case" or invite friends and relatives
to quit smoking with BRAVO.
Let us know when you are a successful quitter, and we will send you a frameable
BRAVO Diploma for successfully quitting smoking with BRAVO.
Please allow 10 business days for delivery. Order a sufficient
quantity of Bravo® Smokes to replace two weeks of your regular cigarette
usage. Your order will ship via UPS, or US Postal Service Priority Mail.
